Spatial Aesthetics is a research program founded by Nikos Papastergiadis and Scott McQuire in the School of Culture and Communication at the University of Melbourne in 2004. It investigates the role of contemporary art, digital media and networked technologies in the transformation of urban space, and the production of new forms of mobility and social agency.
